ALLAN & JERRY Ministries
               ...it's all about JESUS CHRIST!

OBreanne Dawsur benefits are called Breanne Benevolent Benefits because there's a little girl who had a big heart for others.

Here's a little bit about Breanne's story, shared by her mom:

"Breanne was a very happy, giggly, little girl.  She experienced only six weeks of school before her world was turned upside down.  At the tender age of five, Breanne was diagnosed with a rare childhood cancer, but it didn't stop her determination to enjoy life.  She maintained all A's in school while dancing, ice skating, and swimming.  Throughout the chemo and radiation treatments, Breanne never got behind on her studies or her AWANA Club activities.  She was a Christian, and she loved studying scriptures.  Her favorite bible verse was Luke 2:11.  The very first Breanne Benefit was held in her honor in December of 2004.  Breanne went 'home' to be with our Lord in the spring of 2007; she was just shy of her eleventh birthday."

Continuing the celebration of this inspirational life, today Breanne Benefits are all about reaching across denominational aisles and reaching out to a hurting world to help others in the name of Jesus.

For several years now I've eaten breakfast on Thursday mornings with a group of 40 to 60 men from every denomination and economic and social background. We meet in a small room, but there's always a big presence of God's Holy Spirit. From time to time men share stories and sometimes interject their denominational beliefs, but their church doctrine never becomes the focus of why we meet. Our focus is always on the Lord and the prayer needs of the men in that room.  I believe that's why the Lord blesses and honors our time of fellowship together...we have cried together, laughed together, prayed together, and worshipped together...because we all band together in unity, not to let man's doctrine divide us, but to let the Bible's doctrine unite us. And even though we all know we worship the Lord at our own churches differently, when we come together under one roof, we have no differences when it comes to what we all agree upon: "Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life and no one comes to the Father but by Him," John 14:6.

It's amazing how the Lord's Holy Spirit works in our lives. After I wrote this, I later found out the men at the breakfast adopted Psalms 133:1 as our group's Bible verse: "Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!"

So with the Lord's help, a Breanne Benefit will not focus on a church's name but on "the Name above all names," Jesus, and helping others in need. Jesus reminds us of that in Matthew 25:40 when he says, "Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as you have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, you have done it unto Me."

Please pray for this ministry, and please pray about this ministry sharing the grand old gospel in song and in word at your church.

Together the Lord, your church, and the Breanne Benefit concert can bring hope by helping others in need.  Thank you for letting us come to your church. "It's all about Jesus."

"For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord." Luke 2:11
