Jerry and I met one of Arkansas' law makers at 6:00 this morning at the state capitol. Senator Eddie Joe Williams is part of a bi-partisan prayer breakfast, and we had the honor of playing at the capitol. One of our representatives walked in carrying what looked to be a 10 pound Bible and prayed before we played. It blessed my heart to hear that man pray. As I listened to his heart felt prayer acknowledging Jesus I thought praise God there is still hope for America! Proverbs 3:6 tells us "In all your ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct your paths." Acknowledging Jesus is the only way to keep Arkansas and America on the right paths. I thank God that Arkansas has some lawmakers who know we're hopeless and helpless without HIM. THANK YOU ARKANSAS for electing leaders who are standing up for America but more importantly they're standing up for Jesus.
